Gold Coast Golf Club and Resort is located near the town of Dungarvin, in County Waterford, in the south of Ireland. The resort houses a 3-star hotel with a restaurant, bars and function rooms. There is also an impressive indoor leisure complex housing a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath, sunbeds, sauna, bubble pool, children's pool and a Gymnasium.
The Gold Coast Golf Course offers unparalleled views of Helvick Head and the magnificent Celtic Sea. It is situated overlooking the picturesque Dungarvin Bay. The course dates back to 1939, when it was opened as a 9-hole facility. It has since been transformed into a magnificent 18-hole, par 72, championship parkland course, set out over some 6740 yards of rugged Waterford coastline. Maurice Fives, the course architect, has intuitively combined the older holes with the new course to create a truly unique and challenging golfing experience for golfers of all abilities and skills.
Buggies, trolleys and clubs can all be hired on-site. There is also a driving range and a putting green for you to hone you skills before taking on this championship course. A well-stocked pro shop is there to cater to all you golfing accessory needs. Catering is also available all day, with lunch, dinner and snack menus on offer.
