Rathsallagh Golf Club-Golf in Wicklow..

Rathsallagh Golf Club is located just outside of Dublin, in the beautiful countryside of County Wicklow. The course is set out on the 520 acres of property surrounding a stunning country house, Rathsallage, formerly the Queen Anne stables. It is an 18-hole, par 72, championship standard parkland course, with USGA standard sand-based greens.

The course was designed by two of Irish golf's most famous names, Christ O'Connor Jnr and Peter McEvoy and was opened in 1995. Two years later, it had found its way into the top thirty on the official list of Ireland's Greatest Golf Courses. The course measures some 7200 yards from the medal tees, its fairways dotted with mature trees, beautiful lakes and meandering streams, set in the backdrop of the Wicklow countryside, making it a challenging and scenic round of golf.

The clubhouse at Rathsallagh overlooks the 9th, 10th and 18th holes of the course. The bar offers a relaxing drink and light snacks and there is also an ample banqueting area available for larger groups. There is a well-stocked pro shop on-site too, and lessons are available from club professional, Brendan McDaid. There is also a putting green, chipping green and driving range at the club, to help you perfect your game.
