Sligo Airport is located at Stradhill Co Sligo about 5 miles from Slgo Town. The airport has grown in recent years with more daily flights to and from Dublin. Car rental is also available at the airport and a good taxi service operates to and from the venue. The landing strip at Slgo airport is perhaps the most spectacular in Ireland as it fronts right on to The Atlantic Ocean. Flights are operated by Aer Arann. Flight rates from the Airport in Sligo are very reasonable but advance booking is always advisable.
