Hotels in Macroom consist of The Victoria Hotel which is a small hotel but is centrally located and the Castle Hotel is a three star hotel with spa facilities and recommended eateries.

Macroom, itself, is a thriving market town with some sights of historical interest. It has a busy nightlife.
