The Cashel Palace Hotel is aptly named, as this was once an archbishop’s palace. It still retains its regal interior making it a wonderful hotel in Cashel. Many of the original fixtures and fittings are still present while the gardens in particular are awe-inspiring. Other hints to its history can be found in the Bishops Buttery Restaurant and the elegant bedrooms. The Cashel Palace Hotel is a unique four star hotel in a great location.

Cashel itself is a great town with a wealth of history involving Brian Boru and St Patrick. Most famous is the Rock of Cashel, a historic site with medieval and gothic buildings.
