As a small town, Headford hotels are limited to just one, the Anglers Rest Hotel. This is a small hotel which is family-run. Facilities include two bars, lounge, bar and dining room. As accommodation is limited to sixteen guestrooms visitors should check well in advance for availability.

Headford is a popular north Galway town. A known fishing spot, it is located near the Black River. Places of interest include Killursa Church and Ross Erilly Friary.
