Knocknacarra cottages are the most popular form of self catering in Knocknacarra. However, apartments and town houses are also available, it simply depends on your preference. Some are located in the village itself; others are nearer to its beaches and woodland. Although self catering is ideal for families, some owners will not accept children under a certain age. It is best to check before booking.

Knocknacarra is located only 4km from Galway city and Salthill is not far away either. It is a busy town with plenty to offer any visitor.
