Limerick is a lively county on the south west coast of Ireland. The city itself is home to plenty of attractions from fantastic restaurants and bars, to historic sights such as King John’s Castle or St Mary’s Cathedral. Outside the city, visitors should certainly take a trip to the pretty towns of Adare and Foynes. Another popular tourist attraction is the fascinating Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. History buffs should be sure to visit the fascinating remains of a Stone Age settlement at Lough Gur.

Kilkenny is a lively, enchanting county in the southeast of Ireland. The city is a popular destination for anyone looking for fine eateries, lively bars, exciting music venues and a friendly atmosphere. Just a few of the numerous attractions in the area include, the lovely 12th century Kilkenny Castle, the 13th century Black Abbey and the 13th century St Canice’s Cathedral. Visitors should also take some time to explore the impressive Jerpoint Abbey, and the chambers of Dunmore Cave.
